This is a band logo I made for the band called Apples for Archers. It still is being worked on but I was wondering if you had any suggestions. I used notes from Visual Communications to help form the letters with the eaten apple.
I like the imagery. Think about hierarchy--a dominant form or color. Right now you have the red and black occupying almost equal amounts of the picture plane. There is a pretty big visual leap between the red and black; maybe the lettering could be a color halfway between the red & black?
