Reflection2

Reflection: Team Dynamics
During this project I learned how to work better in a group where more work was required. The first project with group work could be done without one or two group members however, this project required more team work which led to more patience. It was necessary to work as a whole because one person could not build letters on their own.
We also learned how to work efficiently as a whole. Each of us fed off each other’s ideas and continued to evolve and improved different aspects of our project such as better locations. Our group learned how to compromise with each other’s schedules and were flexible when building letters late at night.
We did run into some difficulties as every group did. We did not know at first how we wanted to construct our letters which is when small cardboard models helped. After getting the right measurements to allow the letters to freely stand, we proceeded to make them on a larger scale. Our problems also entailed having enough money to buy cardboard, duct tape, and paint. The usual plan was to all pitch in money and send Ryan Benedick to Walmart to pick up the necessary items. We also ran into problems setting up our letters while the weather was unpredictable. Luckily, Ryan had a large tarp that we could wrap our letters together and allowed us to carry them across campus without any major damage.
Although we ran into a couple of problems our group all helped to figure out a solution. Each team member took the responsibility to make sure they could put in all the help they could to make the project turn out the best that it could.
